on ems.ru rustot states that you may use the info if you ask permission or put a quote on the page saying where its from... so yea... go figure, im guessing she's asaked :)

I suppose, I've never lookd at hi spage close enough to see that. As bland as his is though I can't go a day without using it for soem reason. Apparently (I have heard) he has a very elaborate and beautiful site for Anarchy online.
