erm question in thread title well is this true ? and does the lower the XX/120 effect resists at all as well i went ou yesterday in a pa2 at 120/120 and went out today with same PA2 at 21/120 and well i seem to take alot more dmg

The quality of the armor doesn't change it's effectiveness.

Although, it probably should. But then that's a money sink.

This would be like saying, does the quality of weapons effect
it's damage, answer again is no.

yeah hmm jsut strange then as there is a marked dierence in damage done to me and the only thing thats changed is the condition of my armour

Just so this doesn't confuse anyone, he means CONDITION doesn't influence armor values or damage values. :D

that would be a nice idea.. would get rares and such wear out SO much faster (people would want to rep them to max/max condition.. instead of waiting for it to get to 10/max before repping it).

Of course.. a older rare would be less effective.. maybe starting at xx/100.
