Had a helpdesk ticket outstanding for a week now, and a chase mail to supportwatch@ not responded to after 24 hours.
Do I need to mail supportwatchwatch or something ?

hell, now i know why the helpdesk need so much time. if everyone ask about their combatlevel or weapon stats there must be a 1000 tickets a day ....

i sent one in 4-5 days ago and havnt got a reply yet.
I sent one in for one issue, had it fixed same day, sent one in for another issue, still no response, in the meantime, had another issue, fixed same day I sent it in, I think they're ignoring my second problem..
Dear support people, or people who can contact support people, or people who can hire support people, or people who can answer an e-mail and pretend to be a support person, or people who clean the KK offices and could give a better impression of being a support person ...
Well - guess what.... It's now 2.5 weeks since the problem cropped up and I contacted ingame support
2 weeks since I mailed helpdesk
1 week since I mailed supportwatch
6 days since I PM'ed Odin
...and nothing has happened. At all.

I have been very patient so far, considering nature & scale of the problem. Can you tell that the patience is running out ? :mad:
I feel your pain.. i sent 3 emails in two weeks ago. nothing. got tickets for all of them :\
sad thing is, i cant play at ALL until its fixed. luckly ive been busy or id complain more.
Kurai your original ticket was answered. You didn't like the response and that was the end of it. There is no 'negotiating' those terms.
Anyone else who hasn't got a response to their ticket can PM me. If your just sending in basic questions to helpdesk though they will not be answered. Helpdesk is NOT an information desk.
