While sitting the mouse locks

When I sit down (like chair in plaza 1...) the mouse locks in the center... sometimes it flashes right and left... I don't know is this switched from a command of sumsort (very annoying when in vehicle, can't seek for mobs).... have tried anykey, doesn't go off...

I got this problem when I drank 20 Snow White at once (while sitting)... IS this somekind of bug?..
