Who to buy medkits?

I haven't played in a while and I feel like a newborn baby.
I have 9 medkits in the inventory, so there must be a way to buy them.
I'm in ... Plaza 2? Where are some medkit vendors?

Oh wow I must've been really tired. I wrote "who" not "where".

I found some med vendors, but they sell survival kits for expensive amounts. I'm looking for those brown med kits. I found out on my 2nd char that they're sold in MC5 by the nomads, but I can't get there anymore, if this guy ever could.

Discord, hm? You know it's spyware? On Linux it ptraces every single call. Private chat is being analyzed as well as voice chat.
I spoke to someone in German, was talking about "big belly". Next day I get big belly ads via website ads.

You might say, "get with the times". But if the times are "everyone is spying on everyone, especially crops spying on the defenseless average user" then no thanks.

I wish Windows had an isolated mode for individual programs. It's possible to do in Linux, assign a program a namespace and confine it in there. Anyhow I digress. Thanks for response.
