Test Server Resists Different

I'm seeing some slightly different numbers for resists on identical setups between Titan and the test server.

Specifically, I'm seeing a difference in monk energy resist on the armor side. Identical gear and armor values in both places, higher reduction on Titan.

To reproduce:

Make an APU on test server, equip with PA and a full set of blessed spirit armor (200 ish energy resist in all zones), stand in a barrel and look at logs. I get different results than doing this on retail.

Bumping to make sure dev sees this. Big discrepancy exists.

I found the reason for it.
PTS will get the same stats as Titan in a few, so we can start real testing.
