game crashing

everytime I tried to get into the game recently it crashes. is there a go to fix. happens right after i click start

This happened before?
Is this a fresh install or an old one?

Please post your applog.txt (Launcherfolder „_nclapp“) and error.log (NC Mainfolder „Logs“).

You can also try this:
- start with Admin rights
- select clean up and repair by right clicking the client symbol at the Launcher
