It would be in the same state of Linux\WINE and considered broken IIRC?

The steps are pretty simple...grab latest WINE installer from winehq.org for macos, I'd grab brew also, install Wine then do brew install winetricks aaaaand then pop open your wine app from your applications folder...

winecfg

Set to Windows 7 and hit OK

winetricks quartz vcrun2015(Or whatever Evo uses) d3dx9 quartz

Then do

winetricks win7

Then run the installer for Evo and see if it works? Best of luck <3

Thanks for this. I tried something similar back in 2015, and it was too slow to play. It's been a while.
What is "macOS 10.12.6 Hack"? I'm on 10.13.6.
