[Install extraction] Corrupt files

I'm attempting to install the latest client of neocron evolution. It begins to extract and then an error comes up at 99-100% stating that "Extraction failed" and that the "File is corrupt". http://prntscr.com/g8f5of . My OS is windows 10.
