Loot options!

Hallo!

Is it possible to implement options für looting? For example, that another Runner of the team can loot the mob instantly after it was killed?

Yep, looting rights would be awesome for Teams :)

Just a feedback: working on this:
- loot right self (default, like it already is)
- loot right clan,
- loot right team,
- loot right faction,
- loot right all

Possibly some other options too.
This might take a bit.

Setting such an option will only last until the char logs out and needs to be enabled again. Right now this is implemented by a /set command but might get its own key to cycle through the modes.
