I'd imagine it would be hard for Kirk to comment on anything with a banned account...what happened?

NC3 will never happen. The current state of the game is all you will get unless they give the people what they want and let people like emulators/player run servers like every other old game.

Yeah, but, why ban Kirk? I mean, Kirk still owns the IP to this, right?

Can't comment on that. No clue. To my knowledge he and or the bank owns it as the company went bankrupt.

Pretty sure it was Kirk, I think he got it from the company that went insolvent (Reakktor, iirc) before it did.
