What is this bot for? I looked at the screenshot on twitter and it appeared to be in outzone station, looked all around there and couldn't find it.

It is a Gamemaster Outfit, not a NPC.
Traditionally around Christmas, the GM Team would dress up and hold xmas events or hide gift bags in the gameworld.
