[CLOSED] Ref; Can't log in

Trying to log in..and its a gambit of 'Bad World Data'. Endless Syncing..or just..not logging my character in.

This makes me ever so sad, but is it server side or?

Confirming that my other character who is in another zone entirely, can't log in either. Also some one from IRC chat tested the zone my original bugged PC was in. They are not having the problems :(
