[T#217] List of Broken weapons

Hello runners,

Here is a list of broken weapons in patch #217

I'm currently testing tank, I'll post more when I test other class.

1/
All the rocket lunchers which are using standard "rockets" AND "anti-air rockets" do not fire anything (this include Moon Striker).

All the rocket lunchers which are using anti-VHC works fine.
Tested on vedeena inside the p1 reactor room, the wasteland J08 outside MB and MB entrance.

The Paw of bear deal so much damage it can one shot copbots :>
It currently has 75.000 raw damage. You can read that with "show info" or by sweeping in somebody's face and one shoting anything.

The Paw of Bear has been temporarily boosted to assist in killing mobs. I may buff some other weapons for other classes.

Judge does 6x more damage that what it should be doing.
Other plasma pistols work as intended.

Pain Easer does 6x more damage than what it should be doing.
The lower TL versions work fine and as intended.
