Is this Jones mission still bugged, all Lenard says is "Dismissed!" and "Move on!" and there are no spawning kidnappers.
Can I just let the mission time out?
I can't do any other missions now because this one is still active and there's no sign of an "abort/cancel mission" either.

You can abort the mission.
Just press F8 (hope that's the right number) and abort it. :)
