Where do i see repair nanites and where do i get them?

To repair an Item you have to put the repairtool and the item into your processer and have enough repair lube in your inventory, then click start.
To repair a vehicle you need a remote repair tool. It works like a gun and needs remote repair nanites as ammo. Point it at your vehicle and click to repair.
