is it possible to retrieve my old nc characters? logged in to find just a lvl nothing that i never made?

Anything Pre-Titan is in semi-permanent stasis. Starting over is easier than you'd imagine.

I second that. I'd recommend a class that's easy to level like the Heavy Combat Tank.
