Is there any chance we can get a GM to look at the tickets queue, I've had a ticket in for over a week now with no response, and I know of someone else also with a ticket in for a while, also unanswered.

I hate to use these forums to poke the staff, but come on, a over week is a bit much. Even if the GM is unable to assist me, at least they could tell me that rather than leaving the ticket there :P

Sorry about the delay. All outstanding tickets (Except a few where a runner is required to be online) should now be cleared.
