Trying to do Mr. Jone's "Mission 2 The Analyst"

I get to where I need to give 3 animals injections in the Bio Research Lab.


The Dog - Gives dialog of last NPC spoken to, unable to give injection
The Rat - Works
The Snake - Works


Is there a way around this issue? Kinda just started and want to complete the mission... but it's making it kinda hard to finish if I can't give the dog an injection.

Ok so the NPC fixer handled it.

Now I just want to know what's the easiest method to level a Psi Monk for PPU, since running around with this knife so far is kinda lawls.

as ppu you can only level with a team that has damage dealers and you support them. another option for monks is to level as Apus and lom to PPU as soon as they reach woc.
