[R#197] Can't target in Neofrag

I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended

A couple of friends any myself went into NeoFrag last night to test some stuff but we were unable to shoot each other and no target brackets appeared when the reticle was placed over each other.

I suspect this is because we all have LE chips in but I was under the impression the LE wasn't supposed to stop you in NeoFrag?

Did you try killing yourself in NF? With the kill_self command?
That used to work, years ago.
I dont really have any LE'd characters anymore, so cant test it myself.

I can confirm this!
Some time ago this wasn´t an issue. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug.
