one more hint: it's very close to the busiest marketplace of the capital city. of either cyrodiil or neocron city.

but yes. A 08, right on top of Neocron city. its quite easy to go there by foot. and its a surreal place like nowhere else in NC.

i still need to decide if Drachen will receive a full point - while being well ahead of the pack in terms of exploration knowledge.

I think I actually managed that too, at least i recall dropping into the gorge at the cliff where the model of the city gate is placed :D
