After you get to storage in outzone sec2 - there is a hall with pipes & ladder at the end of rooms with BIG DOORS. So ladder lead to a grille. It will be top from you. If you crouch, get closer to it and then stand, you'll penetrate ceiling and you'll be trapped. Also door is there, but no grip or panel from inside.

In chat. If you cant move after typying that, that is indicator that it works. Just wait few mins, it will teleport you to predefined place in zone.
