i know that this is not a game where aesthetics are important features, but for newcomers, like me, it would be nice to know which armor is for what class
so please, could you be so kind and post couple of pictures with some basic description

Have you checked out the Wiki? Or Techhaven? Gotta love both those sites!!

PEPA is... the other one you have probably seen around.

Blue tinted PA indicates an alternate main sub-skill. Rifle for PEPA, Pistol for Spy PA, Melee for Tank PA and purple for PPU.

If you see someone running around with a cyber gimp suit, that's Regant PA.

Is Black Dragon faction supply manager selling one that is not in the pictures above and has orange parts?
What is name and who can wear the one with green pipes?
and if maybe someone have a picture of one who drops in Grave from Bloodviper King. does he has any special skin?

Yes, that's the Camo version of PEPA3. Same dexterity and PC/RC bonuses, but adds fire and poison armour instead of energy.
It also has a massive athletics malus.
There's a tank Camo PA too, available from CM FSM.

You may have also noticed yellow and blue ones. They are the aforementioned Regants PA. Like Camo they add fire and poison and more of it, but have no dexterity bonus.
Available for Spies and PEs (Dex 110 and 90 respectively).

already go to see, but Special Agent Riviera said me that I'm still a young boy and he will not hurt me :D

Luckily I managed to find some Snake Minion Teeth (someone had left them in a rusty box in Grave) and finish City Administration Epic, so now I got NCPD - Powerarmor

and I read somewhere that Bloodviper King drop some PA. do you know maybe does he has any unique skin?

Not quite.

The Bloodviper King and Black Scorpion Queen both drop a unique chest piece. The Viper King and Titanium armours respectively, giving poison and fire prespectively.
Alas, since they are not PA, they do not alter the player skin.

A pseudo-PA is the holo PAs, which alter your skin to that of a different class. However their implementation was incomplete and they do not alter hair models.
