PSU - do I need this?

Damage (100): Base 10 %, PPU 70 %, FCS 20 %
Frequency (100): Base 10 %, PPU 30 %, FCS 40 %, PPW 20
Range (100): Base 10 %, PPU 20 %, FCS 40 %, PPW 30
Handling (100): Base 10 %, PPU 20 %, FCS 40 %, PSU 30 %

PSU seems only to be relevant for handling. Someone on the help channel mentioned that PSU is also important for frequency.

It used to be, these days I have no idea though. It does give some points to your PSI pool though, freeing up points in PSI like APU or PPU.

I don't think it affects freq or dmg anymore. I spec about 30 points on my PE, but only to increase my psi pool to a level where I can cast all three shields in sequence.
