I recently boosted my hack skill on my H-C Tank from 50 to 65. My INT is capped.
When i did this i noticed that Warbots (80/80 ***) have been MORE difficult to hack than when my skill was lower.
This has not happened on Warbot Titans or any of the hover MOBs, just regular Warbots.
I cannot take screenshots of the hackscreen, but I know there is a difference.
I would love to get a confirm on this, and will try to printscreen a few shots when i'm hacking to show.

This was happening on [R#183] as well.
