These Cyberbeetles (i think) spawn on the west end of J-05 following the road, but they are outside of the zone edge. This specific one (almost touching my reticle) was too far to even get my reticle to zoom once i got a lock. There is another one about 20 meters to the south that's almost as far but i was able to kill it and watch it respawn outside of the zone.
