i killed an enemy runner in the battle dome zone. the description states, that you will be rewarded for killing enemy runners and that killing friendly or neutral runners doesn't change your faction symp or sl.
i killed an ca as tg and i think i got tg faction symp but i LOST 2 ca symp, which puts me under the required 10 to do normal missions (iirc). i can kill friendlies and it does nothing but i actually lose symp by killing hostiles??? who thought that was a good idea? what kind of reward is that?
