[R#183] Unable shoot/use anything after 00:00

i recently had an op fight with my tank. after the clock hit 00:00 i was unable to reload via hotkey, or use anything on my quickbelt. i couldn't even shoot. reloading by dragging ammunition onto my weapon worked.

Were you reloading at the time the 00:00 reset hit? I had this happen to me when I was reloading my gun as the reset started, it might be a new bug caused by this. "Switching weapons while reloading has been disabled." http://forum.neocron.com/showthread.php?150460-R-182-183-Patch-Notes
