Are you talking about the turrets at the entrance? If so you will have to use the northern entrance instead, there are no turrets there.

Or ask another runner in tradechannel if he can retrieve the weapon from you. What Faction are you and is your faction an enemy to Fallen Angels? If yes, you get shot by the turrets. But like Faid wrote: only at the south entrance are the turrets and at the FA HQ are the sentries.
