Your old characters still exist on the retired servers (Terra, Mars, Mercury).
Since Titan is a completely new server, you will have to create and level a new character.

Character transfers between servers are currently not available.
It has been previously announced that this feature will be implemented at some point, but we can not provide you with details as to when that might be.
