My Little Neocron

I think there is a demand for a Neocron without the agonies of the online world and bad people in general.
What do you guys think about a second server, without pvp, a chat filter and tightened banning of mean players?
Maybe make all factions friendly also, and tune down all mob demage, so noone has to die to those mean mutants, that only want to griefplay you.
