Does hightech combat have any real effect on drones?

Damage (100): Base 10 %, RCL 70 %, T-C 10 %, WPW 10 %
Aim Speed (100): Base 20 %, RCL 40 %, T-C 20 %, WPW 20 %
Aim Precision (100): Base 20 %, RCL 40 %, T-C 20 %, WPW 20 %
Frequency (100): Base 10 %, RCL 30 %, T-C 40 %, WPW 20 %
Range (100): Base 10 %, RCL 20 %, T-C 40 %, WPW 30 %
Handling (100): Base 10 %, RCL 30 %, T-C 30 %, WPW 30 %

Even though drones don't require T-C to use them, T-C does have a pretty big effect on their damage and frequency.
If you go for a pure droner I would suggest to take at least 100 base T-C.
To find out if T-C or R-C is better after 100 base, you might want to play around with Nskill a bit. (or maybe someone else around here isn't as tired as me and can be bothered to open their Nskill and give you the answer ^^)
