Active CST, Research community?

Is there an active construction/research/repair community or do people simply have ALTs that do that stuff. I always enjoyed standing in Plaza 2 performing CST/RES jobs.

I have alts but they're not high-level enough to handle my serious upper-TL jobs. So I both take jobs for people, and hire out my top-end work
