Yes, Titan is a completely fresh start server.
It has been live for a bit now though, so Theres obviously quite a lot of capped players around now. But still plenty of people to level with.

yea I'm still here tupac. I recently. came back as well after a 7 year break! you should come to Titan bud. alot of ex Uranus player are back and we are leveling up and forming up clan roster.
