I can't log on as it is saying I have a player logged on already... and I haven't? I've waited the usual time for my character to log out and still no joy?

now, it is stuck at 'requesting character info' screen.

I JUST got a flame thrower and hooker for my apartment from the Black Dragons, and now I cannot enjoy either one.

Sadly, we have discovered another bug in one of the freshly baked serverside components that may stop players from connecting.
Zoltan and Alduin are working on a hotfix right now and we expect services to resume to normal when its done™.
