Irata, Neo Tokyo & FoM?

I just recently played Face of mankind recently and noticed that the game has the terrain maps of what was promised to be added to NC. Is their a reason known, why FoM has level maps that were suppose to be in NC? I remember something about Irata and space travel and that is exactly what FoM has as their warp map, when going to different maps. Though the game is utter crap and seems like KK might of been ripped of a long time ago? Anyone know what happened and if its possible to get the FoM community assets back into NC where they belong?

What game doesn't rip each other off, why make new design / ideas when you can take someone else.. For your question its as simple as the game is 12 year old, it lost all its support and developers a long time ago. But they're trying to bring it back up

Neo Tokyo isnt anything new, or originally thought up by KK. Irata may however be.
