I just notice non of the music is playing from the sound folder I assume. Im on Win7 OS. Been attempting to find a work around

Folders are irrelevant.

Can you clarify what you mean by "non of the music is playing from the sound folder I assume"?
Does any music/videos work? Can you watch/listen to Youtube videos?

Right click, Run as Administrator.

Setting WinXP SP3 compatibility Mode should fix this.

Yup, tried that yesterday as well as add admin rights. Worked. Stranger bugger but oh well. More Win7/Vista rubbish. Luckily its usually coded for work around. Thanks everyone for your input

I had this issue and moving neocron out of the program files fixed it for me... While compatibility mode didn't do anything at all - this is running as admin and win xp
