Hello there! You may or may not have noticed we're experiencing some issues with our support system and emails. I have been assured someone, somewhere is working on it.
In the mean time, you can join the Official Neocron IRC (http://forum.neocron.com/showthread.php?t=145244) and msg Danae with your email/issue (unfortunately you will need to wait for a reply cuz I work during the day) - but I promise to get back to you as soon as I'm available (please don't bother other ops/team members - I am only offering myself up for this harassment :p)
