Directed to anybody handling game accounts?

How do we promote the game, if people have to go through such a special process to get game accounts?

Is there any possible way to start handing out 15 day free trials again, or charging for game accounts again? I'd love to promote the crap out of the game, but when people go "I'd love to give it a shot! Where do I sign up?" I just kind of cringe...

I don't remember the thread, but there is a relatively recent post about accounts here on the forums. You simply have to send in an email to get a new account. I'll see if I can find it again...
