I caught my younger brother reading this stuff yesterday and deleted it right away. He told me that he downloaded it in Plaza 2 next through an open WIFI-Hotspot. God knows where that came from...

Why is the NCPD and Cityadmin not doing something against the writing and spreading of such dangerous writings?!
