Today i found an Easter Egg while wandering around, and allthough i lomed all i had into agility and athlethics + druged as as hell, i barely made it close enough to make a screenshot. I tried to click it but nothing happened. Are they also meant to be opened or are they just for decoration?

You can see some easter eggs, if you get up the levitation lift in Plaza 1 and visit the Crytons Tool Shop. From there you can see them through the window.
