Did you buy a BD clan key? The appt should be located in one of the OZ lifts. If you got a bugged key you might try and file a bug report and be patient.

You may need to have completed the epic too, but I'm not sure.

Yes epic needs to be done to create a clan.

Does the Navray find it? Also any new clan created after the F6 patch should be close to their Faction HQ. (Although I'm not sure of Crahn)
