Not too sure about the game itself, but this trailer is astonishing.

Good point; it doesn't give much away in terms of gameplay.
However, what it did encourage me to do is look up gameplay videos, so my point stands - it's a good trailer, and it worked on me. :)
looking at other trailers, it actually looks like a good game, rpg elements in a zombie game.

I really didn't get all the love for that trailer (the rest of the internet seemed thrilled a few months ago), and it turns out to be pretty unrepresentative of the way the game actually is.
This one however (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elQC62FUgqw) I thought was fantastic (within the field of trailers that tell you nothing about the gameplay).

That trailer was horrible. Yuk. I'm playing this! I feel a bit ill.
Saw that trailer a few months ago, and I've got to say, it's a very good game trailer.
I do like these sort of trailers, and that Dead Island trailer it's up there with some of the Halo trailers.
Here is one I think is brilliant from a couple of years ago. It was for EvE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=maMjjUr6zIQ) , and their big Trinity Graphics upgrade. The music just left me, and a few other going.... WOW. (And pressing repeat a lot!)

Such a shame it's not an actual game!
Somebody ought to build a modernised cyberpunk MMO pretty sharpish...
The graphics in that Samaritan look great but is it just CGI or will actualy look like that when you play it?
lol, that's a demo on like the biggest badass machine available, playing only that animation realtime, no way any actual machines can run that :p
well seeing as The Ceres Project is running on that engine, expect it to be that badass as well! :p

i had images of bladerunner rolling through my mind on first watch. you can see some quite heavy gears influences in it too so its totally Epic.
Yeah like big said its a tech demo and its running on some pc probably only NASA can afford.
However. even 40% of that would sort me right out. The tech is that good. thats what makes me smile the most :) come on epic. do another UT please. and make it good.
