Btw: You can buy this drones at many stores. I found some blogs about people who build their own quadcopters. Most of them sell the parts but the bigger and efficitve ones cost alot of money i personally cant afford.

note to people, afaik the kinds of drones shown in the OP video are illegal to be flown in europe in cities or near people/animals. Read the aviation laws before you start investing in these kinds of drones (lots of websites describe illegal activities). Also I think the law here hasn't been updated, so most planes aren't allowed to be flown over the camera, they have to remain within line of sight of the operator, and within a certain distance.
