new account

So I buy a new copy of cron for a 2nd account...
I have a brand new shiny serial #..

how the heck do I get this working ???

i use the box option which takes all my detail and then forces me to 'try' to setup and clicktopay account to make a payment of 0.0 !?
Click to pay want photo copies of my credit card, drivers licence and passport in order to fully verify my account and complete registration with them - fek arf !!

How do i get round this ??
