Nanites worth the trouble?

I find carrying around nanite tools and the ammo for them annoying, are the buffs they give to resists worth the trouble, or would it be more beneficial for me to LoM away my Imp skill? Also I have a question related to hacking belts. Does that always get easier with higher Hack skill or is there some limit where the hacking minigame is no longer affected. Also do higher TL hack tools do anything, or are they worthless?

nanites are not really worth it
hack gets easier, but 115 is enough to hack most belts
and no u dont need higher than tl30 hacktool

The tl40 nanite heal is good though. Best non-PPU heal a char can use.

ah ye, the heal is, but i think he was talking about the resist nanites cuz he said implant
