Really all depends on your class and how much DEX you are wiling to have.

rab mate for you as your a spy then it is the CAR

Pretty easy.. If your a spy, go with the normal AK (it does a bit more dmg than the IAR)..
And if your a PE, go with the IAR, since getting 113 dex on a PE is a bitch ;)

So as a TH rifle spy... with plenty of RC 200 odd... what is the best rifle I can use in pvp ?
IS the disruptor better ? How about the Ionic?

though capped the dissy is realy evil as a gun so i have both
though i tend to stick with the AK mostly and the Ionic is goof for
tanks :P

tbh, ionic rifles are hardly worth their weight, ak outdamages them easily, only thing they are relatively good for is taking out feet if ur sneaking up on someone, but with an ak u can pretty much do the same from a larger distance

as an example, an ak can outdamage a ppu's deflector/heal, while an ionic rifle has trouble even denting them

Let's get things straight, I have been playing with a 270 RC GM spawn ionic rifle and it Sucked. 4 AKs in your belt with the same amount of Rifle combat is the way to go :p

so what is a min RC amount to have to be effective in pvp?
do you need 270 !!??
and what is capped damage now (what % wep dmg?) it seems to change everytime I come back ! lol
is around 170% good enough ?

generally around 200-220 is normal, since most people want some speed, that 270 is prolly with a woc3 pa and a rifle buff

There's no (achievable) cap for damage/aiming/etc any more. There's a limit to how much you can practically achieve.
