So apparently there's been some patches, which were then rolled back, but are trying to be fixed.

What changes do these patches bring?

Most imortant was that they implemented some stuff against cheating ppl using 3rd party programms.

nothing, they rolled everything back because they couldn't get the new patches to work, it's exactly the same as it has been for 3 years now
