Honest question to the forum admin

Hi there guys :)

okay i have a question for you admins....

quite often now i see ppl bring up hacking in a post **THIS IS NOT A HACKING POST** and instantly the comment "This thread has been closed because it's devolved into a discussion about hacking/cheating which is against the forum rules. Similar threads will also be closed." is slammed down and the thred is closed.

Now i have tyred to find this in the forums rules as to obtain clarification on the rule i admit i am not a regular poster now as for me i play other games but it seems to me that it is used as an abetery statment to close threds down now even when there not actualy discussing Hacking and cheating BUT rather the People that do it an how it is done to them IE " i was one shotted from a zone away" and such like.......

so could one of the kindly Mods Admins ect.... point me to the exsact rule as i realy would like to read it :)

The simple fact is that the list of forum rules can't and don't cater for every eventuality or they would look like this:

The reason why we clamp down on such discussion is that the first defence against hacking/exploiting is to deprive it of the oxygen of publicity.

If I was to point out anything from the rules right now it would be this... ;)
