Question about PE STR.

What is the highest a PE can get in STR without drugs. Now you can use drugs to equip imps/armor/etc... but not the maximum with all STR drugs on.

I tried it in NSkill 2.00a and got to 72, I was just wondering if there were any more items/etc added after then.

82str without LE, 80str with LE.

You need the Regants Melee PA (+6.06STR), and 3 drugs to activate it.
When it has been activated, you wont need drugs anymore though.

Yeah that's exactly what I did, I had a typo in the first post, I meant to say 82. Damn, hoping I could get to 83 non-drugged.

has never been updated adequately after evo-patch/new balancing

it's not outdated, it's just not entirely complete with the pa's
